Abstract: In 2000, the author published a new discovery about the same-sex charge produced by friction of the same substance at the ninth electrostatic academic conference of Chinese physical society. For this important new experimental discovery, the author puts forward a new understanding of "positive and negative charges" and finds a new theory to explain all electrostatic effects. Based on the subversive new understanding of "matter", "entity" and "heat energy", a new understanding of "particle charge dynamic atomic model" is initiated. It is clarified that the relationship between "entity" and "heat energy" is the root of the existence of gravitation and repulsion between matter, The law of equilibrium distance between gravity and repulsion is put forward. This paper reveals the causes of the formation of the earth's gravity and many phenomena of attraction and repulsion force   in the universe and so on. In the fields of gravitational field, magnetic field, electric field and so on, a series of important scientific problems have been revealed! The establishment of the new theoretical system provides a new vision for solving "all physical problems"! The new theoretical system consists of six parts: the first part introduces the reasons for the establishment of the "new theoretical system", the second part proposes a new basic epistemology of the material world, the third part is a new epistemology of the gravitational repulsion field, the fourth part is a new epistemology of the magnetic field, and the fifth part is a new epistemology of the electric field, and the sixth part expounds the scientific significance of the new theoretical system. Starting from a new perspective of the basic composition of "entity" and "heat energy" in the material world, this paper makes a new understanding of matter, entity, heat energy, atom, element, gravity, repulsion, magnetic field and electric field, Established 21st century physics new theoretical system, material world: “entity” “heat energy” constitution unified field theory . Scientific research needs a new vision to expand the subjective human thought's understanding of the objective nature. 1. Part I: Reasons For The Establishment Of The New Theoretical System

With the rapid development of the earth's civilization, human beings have turned their eyes to the depths of the universe. In the 21st century, whether human beings can realize the interstellar voyage depends on the breakthrough development of scientific theory. The author published a paper on "the revolution of basic physics research will usher in a new era of interstellar space vehicle research" [1], hoping that human beings can go further on the road of interstellar voyage!

At present, the basic theory of physics is based on the gain and loss theory of electrons. However, according to the author's research for many years, the phenomenon of "different charge produced by friction of different materials" is one-sided. In fact, the same material friction will produce the same charge, so the theoretical system based on one-sided experimental phenomenon is necessarily unscientific. Based on these new experimental phenomena, the author puts forward a new viewpoint.

This paper is the follow-up of the author's monographs "new vision of physics research in the 21st century" [2], "revealing the truth of Natural Science in the material world" [3] and "revealing the cause of gravity formation" [4]. The author systematically reviews the "new theoretical system of Physics" which has been studied for 31 years! We hope to find a new way for human beings to seek the truth of natural science!

Historically, Professor E. Edlund, a physicist at the Swedish Academy of Sciences, had different views on the understanding of charge internal dynamics[5]. Since professor E. Edlund did not find the same-sex charge produced by friction of the same substance at that time, his understanding of the dynamic nature of the charge was abandoned. In fact, the mainstream "electronic gain and loss theory" that dominates our thinking can not stand up to careful scrutiny. The generation of triboelectrification is considered to be the loss of some extranuclear electrons in the friction process of one substance, and it is actually unreasonable for these electrons to be obtained by another substance.

First of all, the atoms are very small, and the height of the superposition of two million atoms is about the same as the thickness of one page of an ordinary book. No one and no instrument in the world can master the micro force friction technology that only erases the electrons outside the ultra-small atomic nucleus without damaging the atomic nucleus. In the triboelectrification experiment, the greater the friction force, the faster the friction, the stronger the static electricity, which will cause thousands of atoms to fall off. Because the atom is too small, the diameter of the atom is only about one millionth of a millimeter, the strong friction can not only lead to the fall off of electrons outside the nucleus. At present, the micro force friction technology that only erases electrons on an atom with a diameter of only one millionth of a millimeter is difficult to achieve at the level of human technology. The micro force friction technology that only erases electrons on an atom with a diameter of one millionth of a millimeter is not inferior to the technology of human landing on the moon. Therefore, the theory of triboelectrification caused by the gain and loss of electrons is difficult to realize in practical experiments! There is a serious gap between theory and practice, and the gain and loss theory of electron lacks experimental support.

Secondly, in the past experiments, we only pay attention to the phenomenon of opposite charge produced by friction between different substances, and we do not pay attention to the phenomenon of same-sex charge produced by friction between the same substances . The reason is that the theory of gains and losses of electrons fetters our thinking and leads us to a wrong direction.We are always doing the experiment of friction and electrification between different substances, and abandoning the experiment of friction between the same substances. The fact that making the same matter friction to produce the same-sex charge is extremely easy to find has never been recognized.   The charge of the same-sex charge generated by the friction between the same substance is not generated in a special environment or in a certain substance alone, but the objective law commonly existing in the same substance (refers： to the substance that is electrified by friction). It is this fact that goes against the theory of electron gain and loss. Wrong theory will lead to science's misdirection, which is not conducive to the discovery and development of new science.

For a long time, in order to maintain the theory of gain and loss of electrons, the physics circle only pays attention to the phenomenon that different substances produce different charges by friction, but ignores the phenomenon that the same charges are produced by friction between the same substances, so that the physical laws are based on one-sided practical phenomena, without a comprehensive objective understanding, which leads to a series of deviation of subsequent understanding of truth Wrong way of knowing. With the in-depth study of physicist E. Edlund's idea of "charge essence dynamics", we will be surprised to find that it can not only explain the experimental phenomenon of the same-sex charge produced by the friction of the same matter, but also find a new theory to explain all the electrostatic effects , thus establishing a "new physical theoretical system" and revealing many major scientific problems of human understanding of the material world. It includes the discovery of the causes of gravity .   the solution of these problems greatly exceeds the interpretation ability of existing theories [2]. This paper has solved a series of major scientific problems that perplex the development of human science.

The new theoretical system of physics introduced by the author, It's been a long 31 years for the author (1989-2020) theory and Experiment The study of Process! 31 years in a row   has published many papers, In July 2005,   published the monograph "new vision of physics research in the 21st century" [2]. In 2020, the establishment of a new theoretical system has finally completed [1-4].

2. Part Ii: New Basic Epistemology Of The Material World

In 2000, the author published a new discovery on the experimental phenomenon of the same-sex charge produced by friction of the same substance at the ninth electrostatic academic conference of Chinese Physical Society [6-7]. In view of this important new experimental discovery, the author puts forward a new viewpoint different from the "electron gain and loss theory" to explain the generation of "positive and negative charges", and explains this new experimental phenomenon with a new viewpoint. Then through the new understanding of "matter", "entity" and "heat energy", we have a new thinking of "atomic model", and get a new "particle charge dynamic atomic model". According to the new understanding of "particle charge dynamic atomic model", in the following part of the understanding of the universal attraction and repulsion of matter, it is clarified that the relationship between "entity" and "heat energy" is the root of attraction and repulsion between matter. The law of equilibrium distance of attraction and repulsion between matter (atoms、stars) is put forward, which reveals the cause of gravity and many phenomena of attraction and repulsion in the universe.

The following is the author's highly summary of the core idea of "new theoretical system of physics in the 21st century"：① The material world is composed of two basic types of "substance attribute" of "entity" and "heat energy". ② entity and thermal energy have the inherent characteristics of combination, and the combination of entity and thermal energy forms substance. ③ "Heat energy" exists objectively and truly in the material world. Heat is not made by motion. ④ There are different entities in the material world. Different entities are arranged in the order of the periodic table of elements. ⑤ "Atomic model of dynamic charge transfer effect" is the reason for the formation of "atomic material world". ⑥ The new basic epistemology of the material world mainly includes the new epistemology of "the material world is composed of entity and heat energy" and the new epistemology of "particle charge dynamic atom model".

2.1 The new epistemology of "the material world is composed of entity and heat energy"

2.1.1 New understanding of "substance, heat energy and entity":

The understanding of "matter": There are two basic types of the material world: "substance attribute entity" " and "substance attribute heat energy ". Matter is composed of "entity" and "heat energy". The combination of them can produce the structure of atomic force and synthesize matter. That is to say, the combination of "entity" and "heat energy" can produce the atomic structure and become the   "matter" with atomic force structure. Note: "material property" refers to the existence of material property, but has not yet formed the state of material,They are the components of matter.

Understanding of "thermal energy": The concentration of "thermal energy" is expressed in terms of temperature. The higher the temperature, the greater the concentration of "thermal energy". There is 3K thermal energy in the vacuum of the universe, which exists in nature. Heat energy is not created by movement. The appearance of heat energy in material movement is just a phenomenon that highlights the hidden heat energy in material.

Understanding of "heat energy has two transmission characteristics":One is the high-pressure heat energy, which propagates in the low-pressure heat energy according to the "voltage characteristic mode", that is,the current and electromagnetic radiation propagate at the speed of light,   This is the propagation characteristic of "high pressure and strong heat energy". That is to say, the "mode of voltage characteristic" propagation of light speed is the unique propagation characteristic of "high voltage and strong heat energy". The other is that when the low-pressure heat energy propagates in the high-pressure heat energy,heat energy it propagates slowly in the high-pressure heat energy according to the "concentration diffusion mode".

New understanding of "entity": An element represents an entity, and different elements represent different entities. In order to distinguish different entities, the names of elements can be added before entities, such as "iron entity", "copper entity", "gold entity", etc. there are different "element entities" in the material world. When various "entities" as different "element entities" are combined with different concentrations of "heat energy", various "element entities" have different "saturated heat energy" and accordingly generate different "saturated heat energy voltage value". In this paper, the "saturated thermal energy voltage value" in various "entities" is called "standard voltage energy value". In the "neutrons" of each "entity", there is a "standard voltage energy value", which represents the different saturation characteristics of different "entities" combined with thermal energy. 2.1.2New understanding of "periodic table of elements":

With the increase of the permutation order of the elements in the periodic table, the "saturated thermal energy" of the "element entity" increases in turn, and the "saturated voltage" of the "element entity" increases accordingly. Each material element "neutron" has a "standard voltage energy value",Each material element a "standard voltage energy value".In my opinion, the establishment of periodic table of elements is to irradiate various elements with strong X-ray and activate their respective "standard voltage energy value" implied in each element "neutron". 2.2 New theories explaining all electrostatic effects:

In the long history of human physics, people are only doing experiments of friction and electrification between different substances, never testing and studying whether the friction of the same substance is charged. However, as long as we do experiments, we can find the experimental phenomenon of the same charge produced by friction of the same substance [6-7]. In particular, it should be pointed out that the premise of obtaining the experimental results of the same charge generated by friction between the same substances is to ensure the consistency of the friction electrification experimental materials [6-7]. It is difficult to explain the experimental fact that the same charge is produced by friction of the same substance with the gain and loss theory of electron, which challenges the gain and loss theory of electron.

It is difficult to explain that the same charge is produced by the friction of the same substance with the existing theory of electron gain and loss. Therefore, a new explanation method is proposed. The new point of view is that the positive charge of matter is the phenomenon of positive charge when the "heat energy" in the "entity" is surplus, and the negative charge of matter is the phenomenon of negative charge when the "heat energy" in the "entity" is lacking. The neutral charge is the phenomenon of neutral charge when the “thermal energy” in the "entity"   is saturated. Edlund's idea of the dynamic nature of charge.

Reasons for the same charge produced by friction of the same substance: Because the same substance has the same ability to absorb heat energy, it shows that there is no gain or loss of heat energy on the two friction surfaces of the same substance after friction, but because the surface structure of the substance is damaged, the "heat energy" spills out or absorbs, so it shows that the two friction surfaces of the same substance only carry the same charge. The reason for the different charge produced by friction of different substances: Although the surface structure of different materials is damaged and the heat energy overflows, the different materials have different heat energy absorption capacity, which results in the gain and loss of heat energy effect between different entities, thus the two friction surfaces of different materials have different characteristics of positive and negative charges.

The reason why the opposite charges attract each other: Because the negative charge is the "entity" lack of "thermal energy" state, while the positive charge is the "thermal energy" surplus state of "entity". Because of the inherent combination characteristics of "thermal energy" and "entity" in the material world, the characteristics of complementary combination of "entity" and "thermal energy" between different charges constitute the characteristic phenomenon of mutual attraction between different charges.

The reasons for the mutual repulsion between the same charges are as follows: There is no complementarity between the same-sex charges because they are in the state of "thermal energy" deficiency (between negative charges) or "thermal energy" excess (between positive charges). Another example: for a cup of water heated by fire, I think it is the "heat energy" injected into the water that causes the movement of water molecules. The objective and real existence of "heat energy" in the material world is not created by the movement of water.

2.4 The new epistemology of "particle charge dynamic atom model":

According to the viewpoint that "substance" is composed of "entity" and "heat energy" and has combination characteristics, when the heat energy in the particle body is insufficient, the particle presents negative charge (such as electron), when the heat energy in the particle body is saturated, the particle presents neutral charge (such as neutron), when the heat energy in the particle body is excess, the particle presents positive charge (such as proton). This view is the development of E. Edlund's understanding of the mutual transformation of positive and negative charges.

3.1 Understanding of gravitation and repulsion:

With the new understanding of "particle charge dynamic atomic model", we have found the root cause of the phenomenon of matter absorbing "heat energy" and "releasing electromagnetic radiation", as well as the source of attraction and repulsion force between matter. Due to the ability of absorbing heat energy, matter atoms constitute the source power of mutual attraction. That is: between atoms, between stars, because this ability to absorb heat energy from each other constitutes the universal gravitation between substances.

Therefore, when the conductor with low voltage channel cuts and blocks the magnetic field line of force in the N and S pole magnetic field, i.e. cuts returns the electromagnetic radiation energy, it is equivalent to applying a kind of high voltage electric energy greater than the voltage value in the conductor on the conductor, Thus, the high-voltage electric energy of electromagnetic radiation flowing back along the N and S poles enters into the conductor and is transmitted out through the low-voltage channel of the conductor, thus forming the current phenomenon we see.   The reason for the continuous generation of current is that, from the above discussion, we know that the magnitude of the electromagnetic radiation voltage energy emitted and absorbed by the   "N   " and    “S ”   pole magnetic fields is the same as that emitted by the earth. Therefore, the conductor cuts off the current of these voltage energy lost by the magnetic field line passing through the conductor. Through the N-pole and S-pole magnetic materials, they have the characteristics of absorbing the earth's voltage energy. In the earth's emitted electromagnetic field, they can obtain continuous supplement through ingestion, so as to supply the conductor to form a continuous current. In fact, the essential reason for the current generated by cutting magnetic lines of force by conductors is the practice of Faraday science giant: human beings have transformed the electromagnetic energy in the earth's "emission magnetic field" through N and S magnets into the low-voltage conductor channels for utilization. The only difference is that electricity is propagated in specific low-voltage "conductor" media, and electromagnetic radiation is propagated in non-specific medium "non conductor",   so current and electromagnetic radiation are the same essence The electric quantity is the content of heat energy. 6. The Sixth Part: The Scientific Significance Of The New Theoretical System Of Physics In The 21St Century

"The New Theoretical System Of Physics In The 21St Century" Will Accelerate The Progress Of Human Beings From The "Earth Civilization Era" To The "Cosmic Civilization Era"   [1] ! Under the guidance of the theory that every planet in the new theoretical system "emits electromagnetic fields" to outer space, the author designed the experimental results of the lifting force generated by the high-voltage discharge body to the earth discharge [11-12], which is of great significance and application value. This experiment is based on the lift phenomenon caused by the repulsive force between the discharge of the earth's "electromagnetic field" to outer space and the discharge of the high-voltage discharge body. This is a method to overcome the earth's gravity by using the "law of balance distance between gravity and repulsion" between planets，See Figure 1. It is a kind of spacecraft which uses the "principle of gravitational repulsion between satellites" as its dynamic capability [1] [9]. This kind of spacecraft, which uses the dynamic performance of the "inter satellite gravitational repulsion principle", will be able to travel freely between the planets.
